REFUND POLICY
We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@woop.com.cy with a photo of the issue and your order number. Our team will review the case and advise on the next steps.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first contacting our team will not be accepted.
If a return is approved (e.g. for damaged items), we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
We currently ship only within Cyprus.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- Additional fees may apply if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or external circumstances beyond our control.
